Meet & Explore — how to get help, report a problem, or close your account

Write to support@meetandexplore.com for anything about the app: an account you cannot access, a bug, a member who behaved badly, or a question about an event. We reply in English or French.

Report a member, an event, a group or a message

Reporting is available everywhere content appears in the app:

A member: open their profile, tap the “…” menu at the top right, then Report.
A message: press and hold the message in a private conversation or an event chat, then Report.
An event or a group: open it, tap the “…” menu, then Report.
An event chat: open the chat, tap the “…” menu, then Report.

Reports reach our moderation team, who review them with the reported content and the account’s history — normally within 24 hours. Content that breaches our Terms of Service is removed and the account responsible may be suspended or banned without prior warning.

Block someone

Open the member’s profile, tap the “…” menu, then Block. A blocked member can no longer message you or see your content. The list of people you have blocked is in Settings › Blocked users, where you can unblock at any time.

Safety when meeting in person

Meet & Explore is for adults aged 18 and over. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and leave any situation that feels wrong. If you are in immediate danger, contact the police first: 112 anywhere in the EU, 17 in France. Our child safety standards are published at meetandexplore.com/child-safety.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings, then the Delete my account button at the bottom of the screen. You can also ask from the web at meetandexplore.com/delete-account. Deletion and the retention periods that apply afterwards are described in the Privacy Policy.
